Nick Colamarino

Co Founder

Nick, a native Floridian, grew up in Orlando before attending Florida State University.  He graduated with a BS in Information Systems before moving to New York City to pursue a career.  He worked as an analyst at a Fortune 500 company in Manhattan for a number of years before his growing interest in real estate prompted his return to Florida.  Since then Nick has had great success working for a large investment real estate brokerage with offices all over the state.  He gained an immense amount of experience through buying, renovating and selling distressed homes in and around Tampa Bay and has been involved in hundreds of transactions.  He was later tapped to manage the Tampa Bay Area brokerage that he had been working due to his strong leadership ability and high level of experience.

In 2015, Nick and Joseph founded Circuitous Realty with the goal of providing local home owners and home buyers, with the level of care and personalized service one might receive from a small brokerage,

 coupled with the level of agent experience typically found in larger, high volume brokerages.

Joseph, grew up in the Florida Keys and spent a large part of his childhood in the Bahamas where his parents had lived prior to his birth.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University before moving overseas to work for a mining company "Manilla", in the Philippines.  While there, he worked in a cost controller capacity for three large multi-million dollar mineral exploration projects and consulted for one of the largest mining supply companies in the area as well.  When the exploration projects were completed, a desire to be closer to family and friends prompted his return to Florida where he immersed himself in the growing investment real estate market in the Tampa Bay Area.  He quickly found success working for a reputable real estate brokerage with offices in nearly all the major markets across the state.  Joseph specialized in the buying and selling distressed properties and was involved in hundreds of transactions during his time there.  He was later promoted to regional manager where he took his office to unparalleled heights, and more than doubled previous revenue figures.

Emily Colamarino

Anne Marie Brown

A Florida native, Emily was born and raised in Miami. She studied at Florida State University, where she earned a B.A. in International Affairs and Marketing. Upon graduation, Emily moved to the lovely South Tampa, where she’s now planted her roots with her husband, friends, and career in Real Estate. Along with 10+ years sales experience and a great knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, Emily is also a hard-working, honest, and friendly individual who will stop at nothing to make sure your home buying or selling experience runs perfectly smooth.
Anne Marie grew up in the panhandle of Florida.  She attended Florida State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing.
 Upon graduation, she relocated to the Tampa Bay area where she has since lived and worked.  She spent nearly 15 years in the wireless & technology industry.  During that time period, her experiences in sales & management were exemplified by the fact that she is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help others.

Billy Capito

Born in Florida and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Billy Capito knows the region inside and out, making him an excellent partner to clients looking to buy or sell in the area. Since joining Circuitous Realty in 2017, Billy has been a part of more 50 transactions where he worked with local investors searching for distressed houses, as well as represented clients looking for their forever home. 

 Prior to joining Circuitous, Billy developed and executed national marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, including Nissan, and most recently, Tech Data. 

 Billy’s previous experience contributed to his emphasis on managing tight deadlines and providing timely client communication, which he has translated into his real estate career providing an exceptional buying experience for his clients from initial interest to closing day.

 Billy earned his degree from the Florida State University studying marketing and public relations. He currently resides in St. Petersburg with his wife Michelle and their golden retriever, Owen. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, and managing his own investment properties. 

Ryan Whitfield

Ryan is a native seminole from the state capitol of Tallahassee. Upon graduating with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile, he returned to the great state of Florida, where he initially began his career in IT sales. Transitioning soon thereafter into real estate, he holds nearly 10 years of experience in competitively building customer-centric strategies and goals. Ryan has proven to be motivated, honest, and intentional in guiding families and individuals through the process of buying and selling properties.
